Nickel 200 Pipe is made up of a commercially pure grade of nickel. This is a wrought product that has good strength and very high corrosion resistant properties. The material also has very low electrical resistance. Metallon Pipings FZ LLC is a leading supplier of the Nickel Alloy 200 Pipe products in various dimensions and types. The material is resistant against many agents, especially to hydroxides. The specifications for the Nickel 200 Seamless Pipe are ASTM B161 and B622 with the dimensions varying according to the ASTM, ASME and API standards.

The pipe size ranges from 15inches to 150 inches in nominal bore size, and there are round and hydraulic pipes. The material has 1446 degrees Celsius melting point which makes it good as the Nickel Alloy 200 Exhaust Pipe and heat exchanger pipes. The material’s yield strength is low compared to the stainless steels with 148MPa minimum, and 462MPa minimum tensile strength. The density of the Nickel 200 ERW Pipes is also high as it contains 99% nickel with carbon manganese, silicon, iron, sulfur and copper. The density is 8.9 grams per centimeter cube. The applications vary such in condensers, paper and pulp industries, sea water equipment, pharmaceuticals, power generation, oil drilling, petroleum and petrochemical industries.
